Woman stabs father, kills self

A woman fatally stabbed her father and then jumped to her death from their sixth-storey apartment in Moscow after he refused to visit her grandfather's grave.

The 31-year-old woman, who also shared the house with her younger brother, had gone out after the row and returned home drunk, the Moskovsky Komsomolets paper reported.

When her 57-year-old father continued saying he would not pay his respects at the grave, she grabbed a kitchen knife and stabbed him in the chest. She then threw herself off the balcony, police said Wednesday.
