Six cars carrying fuel ignited after a collision with a truck, officials say
Firefighters in Russia's Smolensk Region are responding to train crash, in which six fuel containers caught fire after they were hit by a truck according to the Emergencies Ministry.
The incident happened at a road crossing some 45 km west of Smolensk on the railroad leading to Vitebsk, Belarus, the statement said.
Ten fire trucks as well as a specialized firefighting train have responded to the blaze, according to officials.
